Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Certificate Courses
All certificates provided by HRtraining in the classroom and online are offered using our easy RPL process.
When you apply for RPL, we assess you based on your prior knowledge, education and workplace experience. In other words, based on recognition of your prior learning. This will enable you to gain recognition for units without attending any classes or completing any workbooks, assignments or exams.

An RPL KIT is created for units where you are able to send enough evidence to gain RPL. Every unit completed via RPL will save you money, because units assessed by RPL are charged at a lower rate than units completed via coursework.
