Cleaning Operations and Cleaning Management Training

HR training offers a range of cleaning certificates in both operations and management, using The Professional Cleaners Handbook as the learning resource. You are able to complete our cleaning operations courses online or face-to-face. Training is customised to the needs of each organisation and/or individual person who enrols with us to ensure the best results and outcomes for each client. Certificate II in Cleaning Operations

This qualification is aimed at individuals who perform a range of routine cleaning tasks using practical cleaning skills and knowledge

Certificate III in Cleaning Operations

This qualification is aimed at individuals who have been cleaning for a few years and want to increase their skills and knowledge.

This is not an accredited course and does not lead to an AQF certification. The Nationally Recognised Training logo displayed on the left-hand side of the page is not associated with this program. This is a Mentorship/ Coaching program to help individuals start a successful cleaning business.

Certificate IV in Cleaning Management

This NEW course was released in May 2016 and is aimed at individuals who have been cleaning for a number of years and want to increase their management skills and knowledge.
