Course Description:
This qualification is for individuals who perform a range of routine cleaning tasks using practical cleaning skills and operational knowledge who work under direct supervision to clean offices, retail shops in shopping malls and similar sites.
Course Objectives:
On completion of the course participants will be able to:

- Participate in workplace safety arrangements
- Maintain and restore hard floor surfaces
- Clean wet areas and comply with infection control procedures
