Course Description:
This qualification is for individuals who have been cleaning for a few years and want to increase their skills and knowledge. They perform a range of routine cleaning tasks but may also have some specialised cleaning skills and operational knowledge. They do not need to work under supervision and may supervise others for cleaning offices, retail shops, shopping malls, aged care facilities and hospitals.Course Objectives:
On completion of the course participants will be able to:- Contribute to workplace safety arrangements

- Clean wet areas and comply with infection control procedures
- Maintain carpeted floors and perform basic stain removal
